Founded in 1996, Ziyu Enterprise began as a specialist in high-frequency (RF) welding for functional plastic products such as inflatable cushions and braces. Leveraging deep manufacturing know-how and a commitment to quality, the company established strong OEM relationships and laid the groundwork for future expansion into pump components and medical-grade inflatables. This foundation would eventually support Ziyu’s positioning as a technical leader in custom air-based product solutions.
2006
腳踏車袋包設計代工

2006年起,子羽正式承接腳踏車袋包類產品的設計與代工,進一步拓展軟性包材與結構件製程經驗,產品應用從通勤到戶外騎行。此階段不僅提升公司在布料與防水技術的能力,也深化對客製化結構設計與量產導入流程的理解。
Starting in 2006, Ziyu expanded into the ODM and OEM of bicycle bags, enhancing its expertise in flexible materials, seam sealing, and structural component design. The product scope ranged from commuter to outdoor cycling use, allowing the company to develop deeper insights into custom bag engineering, fabric handling, and scalable production planning for international clients.
2013
跨足戶外運動外銷市場

2013年,子羽將自有產品線導入歐美戶外運動市場,正式跨入出口領域。主要產品如氣墊護具、車用背帶等,開始與海外品牌建立合作。此舉也標誌子羽從代工走向具備開發力與品牌溝通力的製造商。
In 2013, Ziyu entered the global export market with its own line of outdoor sports products, such as inflatable supports and backpack straps. This milestone marked the company’s transition from OEM-focused operations to becoming a development-driven manufacturer capable of collaborating with global brands on product design and innovation.

2015年起,子羽積極參與歐洲與美國的戶外與醫療展會,展示自家充氣氣袋與氣墊產品,並接觸潛在醫材通路與品牌夥伴。展會參與提升品牌可見度,也驗證了子羽產品的國際市場潛力。
Since 2015, Ziyu has actively participated in outdoor and medical trade fairs across Europe and North America, showcasing its inflatable products and airbag solutions. 子羽於2017年正式推出「ZIYU」品牌,並同步建置中英雙語企業網站,建立統一的品牌識別與內容平台,提供客戶更完整的產品與技術介紹,加速海外客戶對接與合作洽談。

跨足醫材外銷市場

2018年,子羽開發適用於醫療領域的氣體輸送與護具產品,符合醫療等級製程與材料規範,成功切入歐美復健與醫材市場,擴大產品應用深度與市場價值。
Ziyu entered the medical device export market in 2018 with products designed for rehabilitation and therapeutic use. By meeting international standards for materials and manufacturing, the company expanded its presence into the medical-grade sector, especially in North America and Europe.

為因應國際拓展與業務多元化,子羽於2019年改制為股份有限公司,進行內部組織優化與流程制度化,提升營運透明度與對外信任基礎。
To support international expansion and business diversification, Ziyu was restructured into a limited liability company in 2019. This enabled better internal organization, improved process standardization, and greater transparency for global business partners.
